It is small, and it stays small.
Six full-time people. Nobody has a department, everybody edits something, and the two founders still record.
Careers
What is open, what has already been filled and who took it, what we pay, and how the hiring actually runs. If nothing is open, the honest answer is on this page too.
Open now
One role at a time, posted here first and nowhere exclusive. If this section says nothing is open, nothing is open — we do not collect applications for roles that do not exist.
Two shows, one producer. You book the guests, write the briefs, sit behind the desk on recording days and cut the episode afterwards with an engineer.
What we are looking for is somebody who can tell when a conversation has stopped being interesting and knows what to do about it. That is not a skill you can put on a CV, so tell us about a time you did it.
You would be the sixth full-time person here. There is no layer above you except the two founders, and both of them still edit.
Apply
No CV, no cover letter. Tell us which role, what you would bring to it, and if you have made something, where to hear it.
Stay informed
One email, on the day a role goes up. The list is used for that and nothing else, and it has been sent four times in three years.
Already filled
We leave these up. They say more about the place than a values page would, and the person who took each one is named because they earned it.
How the hiring runs
What it is like
Six full-time people. Nobody has a department, everybody edits something, and the two founders still record.
It is not the highest in the market and we do not pretend otherwise. It is the same for everyone doing the same job, and it is reviewed every January.
Recording days are Tuesday to Thursday in Gazi and they are the point of the place. One day a week at home is normal.
Producers here end up in a chair sooner or later. If that is a horror rather than a pull, this is probably the wrong network.
Other ways in
Two paid internships a year, and an open pitch line for people who want to make their own show rather than somebody else’s. Both have taken people onto the payroll.
The short version
Eight shows, recorded in person. Everything published here is also transcribed.
