This site is operated by SonicCast Audio P.C., Iera Odos 142, Gazi, 11854 Athens, Greece. Using it means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, the site still works fine for reading — but do not submit anything through it.
Listen, download, share the link, embed the player, play an episode to a room of people, and quote from it. None of that needs permission and none of it costs anything.
What needs permission is re-publishing a whole episode as your own feed, using our audio in an advertisement, or training a commercial model on the catalogue. Ask; the answer is often yes with a credit.
Transcripts have their own document — see the Transcript Use & Citation Policy. In short: quote freely with attribution, ask before republishing whole.
Pitches, applications, corrections and messages stay yours. We do not make a show out of a pitch we turned down, and we do not use an application as free consultancy. If we want to work with your idea we agree terms in writing first.
Do not send us anything confidential that you would be harmed by us having. We are a podcast network, not an escrow service.
Episodes are journalism and conversation, not advice. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, financial or tax advice, including when a guest is a lawyer, a doctor or an accountant.
When we get a fact wrong we correct it at the top of the next episode and in the transcript, dated. Send corrections to [email protected].
We try to keep the site and the feeds up, and we do not promise they always will be. Feeds are hosted on our own server; if it falls over, the episode still exists and will come back.
Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Beyond that, our liability for use of the website is limited to what you paid us for it, which for reading is nothing.
