Internships
Two places, twice a year. You will not be making coffee, and you will not be left alone with a microphone in week one either.
What it is
Six months, three days a week, alongside whoever is producing that week. You sit in on recordings from the first week, you cut your first piece in the second month, and by the end you produce an episode yourself with someone watching.
It is paid. Not well — €700 a month for three days — but paid, on time, and we cover your transport. We say the number here because internships that hide it are usually hiding something worse.

It is an in-person job. The whole point is being in the room while somebody more experienced makes decisions out loud.
Two places at a time, because two is what we can supervise properly. We have hired four of the last nine interns.
